Yvonne Garbett has been practicing law in New York for more than twenty-two years. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting criminal cases, where she learned firsthand how prosecutors build files, what they look for at trial, and where cases tend to fall apart under scrutiny.

That experience now anchors every defense she builds. After years in the District Attorney's Office, Yvonne opened her own firm focused on criminal defense and family law. Today she represents clients throughout Rockland, Orange, and the broader Hudson Valley in matters ranging from major felonies and DWI to custody, child support, and divorce.
